The highly anticipated VBS Academic Calendar for 2025-26 has arrived!
This year’s calendar is filled with engaging medical rounds, dynamic surgical discussions, and, of course, our Annual Meeting 2026 in Las Vegas. Be sure to save the dates and start preparing your cases for submission! Selected cases will be featured at these sessions.
All sessions are hosted online via Zoom and are open to all VBS members and guests. We especially encourage fellows and residents to participate, and we invite faculty to share these educational opportunities with all trainnees. As each meeting approaches, Zoom links and submission guidelines will be shared. Please sign up for VBS membership to receive email updates and other important perks.

This online meeting is intended to be an active and informal discussion of retina surgical concepts geared specifically towards fellows and attendings in early stages of practice. For each session, we will present 5-6 surgical videos from a larger pool of submitted videos, followed by an excellent panel discussion. At the end of the session, attendees will vote on the top video. The winning fellow video for the VBS Surgical Rounds series this year will be automatically entered into our VBS Fellows Foray session at the annual meeting in April!
